Welcome to SavStore®. By purchasing, accessing, or using our digital products, software, and services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

1. Eligibility

SavStore® reserves the right to refuse service or access to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

2. License and Permitted Use

2.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SavStore® grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2.2 Restrictions
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sublicense, lease, or sell any Services or digital products.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software.
• Share your account, license keys, or digital products with third parties.
• Use any Services for commercial, business, or revenue-generating purposes without express written consent from SavStore®.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, remain the exclusive property of SavStore® or its licensors.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any other information used to access your account.

You agree to:

• Notify SavStore® immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Ensure that your devices meet the minimum system requirements for our Services.
• Assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

SavStore® will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access or misuse.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm the integrity, security, or functionality of our Services or infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Circumventing or attempting to bypass anti-cheat mechanisms, security features, or digital rights management (DRM).
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment disputes, or misrepresentation.
• Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to extract data or manipulate Services.
• Violating rules or terms of any third-party platform connected to our Services.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account or access to Services, without refund.

5. Suspension and Termination

SavStore® reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to any Services at our sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms or other policies.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior.
• Payment disputes or chargebacks.

Termination of access does not guarantee any refund for Services already purchased or used.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavStore® and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Actions, omissions, or policies of third-party platforms or service providers.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or Services is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific Service in question.

7. Amendments

SavStore® reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SavStore® is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
